This bike is great. Snappy throttle. Big 17 inch tires. Quick out of the box. Very easy to assemble. Turn signals. Brake light. Real brakes. Sturdy frame and suspension. Mine arrived with a broken foot peg from shipping and the customer service has been outstanding. They communicate fast. If you are looking for a real size bike, not just a toy, this is the way to go. I’m 220 lbs and it holds me fine.
I realized that this isn't like any other e-bike. The frame reminds me more of a motorcycle... It's more like a dirt bike than those retro-style ebikes.At 5'11" with a 32" inseam, I found the ergonomics to be highly comfortable. I'm able to easily "flat-foot" the bike at a stop.
As someone who is 5'10", the first thing I noticed is how well this e-moto fits me proportionally compared to others on the market. The 17-inch tires and robust frame design give it a real, natural dirt bike feel. Love the red accents and the multi-mode headlight setup-it looks super premium. The power delivery is smooth and gradual rather than overly jerky. The stock suspension feels a bit springy right out of the box, and the brake lever layout takes a little getting used to,but overall,it's a beautifully designed, solid entry-level e-moto with a ton of presence.

Took everything out of the box to check, and all the components are accounted for. The bike looks solid, though the packaging allowed for a small cosmetic scuff during transit. Not a big deal for a dirt bike anyway. Shoutout to their support team for reaching out so quickly to handle it. Awesome service, definitely gives you peace of mind.

This bike is junk if there's a o rating i would have given it a 0 customer service is terrible the can not use the bike is wanted a refund but they just want to send me parts that will take 20 days to get to me they would not listen to the complaint about the bike 0 star

Bought the Velox mainly for riding around the trails near my place, and so far I’m very happy with it. Assembly was pretty straightforward and once I got everything adjusted, it was ready to go.
I’m not a professional rider, so I can’t compare it with every dirt bike out there, but for recreational riding this thing is a blast. The $999 price made it an easy decision for me, and so far I feel like I got a lot for my money. Thanks Ainohot.
I’ve had the Velox for a few weeks now and I’m honestly impressed with how much power it has. The acceleration is quick, and it handles really well on dirt trails and hills. I was a little worried an electric bike would feel weak compared with a gas dirt bike, but that hasn’t been the case at all.
For the price, I think it’s a lot of bike!

They also provide spare batteries which are well built and UL certified and I highly recommend grabbing a couple as the bike is more than good enough to justify purchasing spares. Stock FarDriver is a great addition as it's a truly respected piece of equipment and just shows that Ainohot doesn't cut corners. Frame quality is ridiculously good for a bike at this point and will last a lifetime. Great tires for trail riding and really nice plastics. The contour of the bike has given me countless compliments as it is a beautiful machine. Can't wait for this bike to gain the recognition it deserves
