Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Coverage periods vary by component, and all claims are subject to our warranty terms and conditions. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Periods

A) 2-Year Limited Warranty

Motor, controller, and frame – covered against manufacturing defects for 2 years (one replacement per part).

B) 1-Year Limited Warranty

Battery, hydraulic brakes, front fork, rear shock, display, charger, handlebar, seat post, crankset, shifting systems, and other major components – covered for 1 year (one replacement per part).

C) No Warranty

Gears, accessories, and wear-and-tear items are not covered.

D) Wear Items

Chains, tires, brake pads, tubes, rotors, grips, seats, etc. are not covered under warranty.

1. How to Apply for Warranty

Warranty claims must be submitted through a support ticket. This is required for any parts to be replaced under warranty. Submit your ticket via our support page using your order number.

Once submitted, you will receive a response within 48 hours. Our mechanics may ask you to perform simple tests and send photos or videos for proper diagnosis.

A) What We Will Do

  • If a component has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement part.
  • We may authorize a reimbursement of up to $200 for local repairs, if approved by our mechanics.

Warranty parts can be expedited at the customer’s expense, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. (Note: These terms apply to the continental 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii may have additional shipping fees.)

B) What We Will NOT Do

  • We will NOT replace any part without photos or videos of the issue.
  • We will NOT provide warranty service to second owners.
  • We will NOT cover user-caused damage.
  • We will NOT pay for third-party repairs unless pre-approved.
  • We will NOT cover shipping damage if you arrange your own shipping.
  • We do NOT offer warranty for products not purchased from ainohot.com or authorized dealers.

2. Warranty Conditions

This warranty applies only to the original owner and is limited to one-time replacement of defective parts at Ainohot’s discretion.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, commercial use, modifications, improper assembly, wear and tear, or failure to follow the owner’s manual.

3. Claims

All warranty claims require proof of purchase. We recommend contacting customer service first, as many issues have simple solutions.

Shipping Damage Claims

Inspect your bike immediately upon delivery. Shipping damage claims must be reported within 14 days of receipt with clear photos.

4. Part Exchanges

We may require the defective part to be returned before sending a replacement. Ainohot will provide a prepaid return label when authorized. The faulty part must be returned within 10 days.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Riding electric bikes involves risks of injury or death. Always ride responsibly and maintain your bike properly. We strongly recommend professional inspection before first use.

Ainohot is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper use, assembly, or maintenance.

6. Bike Performance Disclaimer

All stated speeds and ranges are estimates only. Actual performance varies based on rider weight, terrain, weather, PAS level, and other conditions.
