Warranty Policy

Applies to: Original purchases from www.ainohot.com only
Effective Date: January 1, 2025


Important Notice

This warranty applies only to purchases made directly from Ainohot’s official U.S. website. Purchases from resellers, second-hand platforms, unauthorized retailers, or private transactions are not covered.
This warranty covers personal use only — products used for commercial purposes (rental fleets, delivery services, etc.) are excluded.

Warranty starts counting from the date you receive the product.

What’s Covered?

What’s Not Covered?

  • Products bought used or from any seller other than ainohot.com
  • Products used for business purposes (rental, delivery, etc.)
  • Damage caused by:
    • Improper assembly or maintenance
    • Accidents, misuse, or neglect
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
    • Use of unapproved parts or accessories

 

What Will Ainohot Do?

  • If we determine that it is a covered defect, we will provide you with a replacement part, which will either be the same or an upgraded version.
  • We DO NOT offer refunds, full bike replacements, or cover labor and repair costs.


How to Start a Warranty Claim

  1. Email aftersales@ainohot.com .
  2. Include:
    • Your order number or proof of purchase (screenshot is fine)
    • Clear photos or videos showing the problem
    • Any repair or maintenance records (if applicable)

Shipping costs are your responsibility unless we confirm it’s a manufacturing defect.
