To clear the rear liftgate opening (typically 30"–34"), simply loosen the handlebar clamp bolts with an Allen key to rotate or fold the handlebars down in less than a minute. Once inside with the rear seats folded flat, secure it with ratchet straps for transport. Alternatively, using a 2" Hitch Carrier is a great exterior option without needing any interior disassembly!

In most U.S. states, 4-wheel e-bikes under 750W and 20 mph don’t require a driver’s license or registration. Always double-check local regulations.

Received my green S20 with the 19" cargo rack and I’m totally impressed. It looks great, rides smoothly, and is so comfortable to sit on. The rear cargo bed is my favorite feature—it’s super handy for carrying gear around!

I'm really happy with this purchase. It's incredibly stable, easy to drive, and looks far better than any other 4-wheel e-bike or mobility scooter on the market—the design is so sleek and modern!
My only minor issue is that extra replacement batteries aren't available to buy just yet. Customer support mentioned they'll be restocking and launching the spare batteries around November. I’ll definitely be picking one up as soon as they drop so I can take it on even longer rides!

The scooter was delivered on time and the driver contacted us prior to delivery. The company provided excellent customer service. The scooter works great! My only suggestion would be to provide an option to buy a cover for the scooter. I had to order a custom made one for our scooter. Other than that everything is great!

Way more useful than I expected

I bought the S20 mainly for getting around my property and carrying things, and after a few weeks I’m really happy with it. The four-wheel setup makes a big difference. I never feel like I have to fight the bike to keep it balanced, especially when moving slowly or carrying something in the back.

The ride is also surprisingly comfortable. The suspension handles rough pavement and grass much better than I expected. I use the rear cargo area all the time for groceries, tools, and other stuff.

It’s not a speed machine, but that’s not really what I wanted. It feels solid, stable, and easy to control. I also like the reverse button and the fact that I can remove the battery to charge it.

Very happy with the purchase so far.
