Warranty Specs

A) 2-Year Limited Warranty

Motor, controller, and frame – covered against manufacturing defects for 2 years (one replacement per part).

B) 1-Year Limited Warranty

Battery, hydraulic brakes, front fork, rear shock, display, charger, handlebar, seat post, crankset, shifting systems, and other major components – covered for 1 year (one replacement per part).

C) No Warranty

Gears, accessories, and wear-and-tear items are not covered.

D) Wear Items

Chains, tires, brake pads, tubes, rotors, grips, seats, etc. are not covered under warranty.

Terms: The warranty is limited to repairing or replacing defective components. Ainohot will cover the cost of replacement parts, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
