At Ainohot, we strive to provide a fair and hassle-free return experience. Please read the details below carefully.
1. Non-Quality Issues (Change of Mind)
Brand New & Unused Bike
- Within 14 days of receipt: Full refund. Customer pays the return shipping fee for each bike.
- 15 to 30 days of receipt: Full refund; Customer pays the return shipping fee for each bike. Another 20% of the order amount will be charged as the restocking fee.
2. Quality Issues
- Within 14 days of receipt: Full refund with no return shipping fee charged to the customer. You may also exchange for another e-bike model at no extra shipping cost.
- After 14 days: Your purchase is covered under our standard Warranty Policy.
Important Notes
- All quality claims are subject to inspection by the Ainohot team. If the issue is determined to be caused by misuse, accidental damage, or intentional harm, return shipping fees will still apply.
- For minor cosmetic issues (such as small scratches, peeled stickers, or minor paint chips) that do not affect safety or performance, we may offer compensation instead of a full return.
3. How to Start a Return
- Contact our customer service team first at support@ainohot.com before sending anything back.
- If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
- Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please Note
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- If you are exchanging for a new bike, you must return the original first before we ship the replacement.
- Ainohot is not responsible for return shipping costs paid by the customer or for lost packages during return shipping.
Scope of Application
This Return & Refund Policy applies only to products purchased directly from the official Ainohot website (ainohot.com). Purchases made through other channels (Amazon, authorized dealers, Best Buy, etc.) are subject to the return policies of those respective platforms.
