Warranty Coverage
The following warranty applies to products manufactured and sold by our company (hereinafter referred to as "Covered Products").
Note
Tools, packaging materials (including cardboard), and accessories other than the main product are not covered under this warranty.
Do not disassemble or replace parts of the vehicle without proper guidance. Any unauthorized modifications to the vehicle will void the warranty, regardless of the warranty period.
Warranty Terms
By entering into a purchase agreement, you agree to the terms outlined here, and these terms become binding between you and our company.
This warranty applies only to products used within Japan. If the vehicle is moved or sold overseas, the warranty and purchase agreement will automatically become void.
The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase. For certain models, individual components may have shorter warranty periods. Please refer to the detailed warranty coverage below for specifics.
If the vehicle exceeds a total mileage of 3,600 km within one year, the warranty is considered expired.
Damage caused by natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events is not covered under this warranty.
Any damages resulting from violations of traffic laws are not covered by after-sales warranty.
Transferring, reselling, or lending the vehicle to individuals under the age of 16 is strictly prohibited. Any violations will result in the customer assuming full responsibility.

Supplemental After-Sales Service Terms
1. Inspection Before Receipt
Before signing for the package, please inspect the outer box for any visible damage. If damage is found, refuse delivery and return the package. After signing, any return shipping costs due to box damage will be the customer's responsibility.

2. Minor Cosmetic Imperfections
Slight cosmetic imperfections caused during manufacturing or transportation are not considered defects.

3. Tire Warranty
Tires are considered consumables and are generally not covered under warranty.
If you discover cracks or air leaks in the tires upon unpacking, take photos or videos and contact us immediately. If deemed a manufacturing defect, we will cover all repair costs. Any signs of use within 7 days after delivery will disqualify the tires from being considered defective.
4. Vehicle Assembly
Customers are responsible for assembling the vehicle, following the assembly instructions available on AINOHOT’s official website. Damage caused by improper or illegal assembly will be the customer’s responsibility.
5. Battery Maintenance
If the vehicle will not be used for an extended period, charge the battery at least once every two months. Battery failure caused by neglect is not covered under the after-sales warranty.
6. Water Damage
Vehicles are not designed for prolonged exposure to heavy rain or for being left in the rain. Failures due to water ingress are not covered under the warranty.
7. Force Majeure Damage
Damage caused by natural events, such as earthquakes or strong winds, is not covered under the warranty.
8. Packaging for Returns
When returning a vehicle for repairs, we will reuse the packaging materials you used for shipping. If the box is significantly damaged or you wish to use a new box, you will need to purchase a replacement. If you use damaged packaging for returns, any additional damage caused during transit will not be covered.
9. Frame Replacement
Frame replacements are not available and are not covered under the warranty.
10. Other Initial Defects
For any other initial defects not mentioned above, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
